Very expensive games to make, but of course the publisher will most likely make a profit from these mega titles. I doubt a publisher would dump so much resources into a game such as SoW for simple fact its unlikely they will get a return on it or rather a huge profit.

When I read the article about the visit to 1c I was under the empression that Oleg had stated, that he had the same amount off people working on the title out of house. Which brings the total up to 32 people working on SoW:BoB. Is this not correct?
