Giving ship to Empty Eyes in Greenwort

"Anything" is enough. When you go there is a "boat". Just hop in it and bring it to the island where the Skelly is.

It didn't. Search for the boat you had in greenwort initially(perhaps you left it somewhere else: freedom islands, arlania, or viking lands), then deliver it

You should not be able to leave the continent with this "boat" so it must be in the nearby lands.

Edit: Spoil me pls what happens if you just skip the Empty Eyes in the beginning or even kill him? How do you get a long voyage ship then?

This solved it. The boat was stuck on the beach, so I had forgotten about it. Solved it by going to another island and back, and Empty Eyes accepted my offer.
