Do i need to complete "Heir to the throne" to continue on main quest?

Ouch... in this case this was the last time when I played with this game and the last time I bought anything from 1C/Katauri.

While I share in your frustration, to be fair, all of the King's Bounty games are usually worth at least 2 play throughs, sometimes more. (I've done maybe 6-7 playthroughs on armored princess)

Usually the first run is to get an idea of the general pacing and quests.

Next run you either use the same class for a very fast run or you do another class.

The experience is quite different and you can also use different strategies and troops each time through.

I'll admit though that there are quite a few crash to desktop bugs that have been occuring and it is terribly frustrating compared to my Armored Princess experience. But, to start over (I'm going to start over after I finish) isn't really the end of the world if you want the most out of these games.

You dont need to do this quest in order to complete the game !

I had to talk to the Viking warrior wandering around Grotland in order to continue my main quest.

I just skipped the "Heir to the Throne quest and the quest to kill the black unicorn as it was also bugged

Yeah I think I am going to just try to beat the game semi-fast and restart again.
