Not orc recruiter, but unit special skill Goblin Commander - it says it will give another action to selected goblin unit so they can move once again in round (similiar to paladin skill), but it works on human inquisitors. Seems like a bug to me.

Also, can somebody else confirm that mana recovery is super slow for soothsayers even with skill maxed ?
