Make sure vsync is off and both Steam and Documents/1C Softclub added to AV exclusions lists (both real-time monitoring and files monitoring). Update .NET and other programs from /redist/ folder. Switch Hyperthreading off, etc. Defragment game files, update sound card drivers (may be a sound files loading or playing delay?)

Check other settings. Look through a list #2 in my sig. Maybe it gives you more ideas.

This is a client-end issue AFAIK. Other sims are coded differently, don't use .NET, etc. and may not conflict with your hardware and software. And if you do not care to post your specs no one would care to help.

Default Tried it

Thanks Klem and Ataros, but I got these tips long time ago and it didn't help anything.
It's the game for sure. Have no input problems with Falcon BMS, Rise of flight or my other helicopter sims.
I also did a complete reinstall of my OS and all new drivers back then. Didn't help.
I will abandon this game for now as it is completely unplayable for me. I have a fast rig and Cliffs of dover runs very smooth on it, but with the input delays it's unplayable. I know its just about a half second of delay but I just know it is there and it feels wrong when I fly.

Maybe in 10 years we this will be fixed by some 3rd party mod team. Or luckily we have a good ww2 sim that was worth the money.

You can also try deleting Documents/1C folder as it is not deleted automatically when you reinstall. Disable Steam cloud before it as it saves settings that may cause problem.

Having some online fun, being pretty chanceless @repka.

Also not feeling comfortable with the prop-pitch of the Spit 1a. Why is the rev going down to the basement if I increase the pitch?

Why no fine adjustment? It only goes full pitch or flat pitch. (high rev lowest rev)?
Also the reflection of the prop, if sun comes from behind is a pain in the ...

Quality of vid will improve to max 720px. (just uploaded) EDIT: Don't know why its still only 480px (its on 720px @my local pc)...

I believe it the MK1 just have two prop positions, low and high. Try the MK2 or newer spitfires for a fine tuning.
And are you a newbie? I saw that you have your gun sight illumination off, very difficult to hit without it.
But I would be eaten alive in online due to my input lag -_-
