Need help please! won't run in directx mode

Oh no!!!!
I uninstalled the drivers, ran driversweeper. restarted, installed new drivers, now computer won't load up. Kicks BACK TO "START WINDOWS NORMALLY OR IN REPAIR MODE. does anyone know how to fix it?

It should start in Safe mode, or does it restart like in normal or repair mode?

Once you get the booting problem fixed if you still have trouble starting il2 in directx mode then install the latest directx 9c, it ill install right alongside directx 10 with no problem and will fix the issue.

Yes, will only go to normal or repair screen. Wouldn't repair from the vista disc either. Had to reinstall windows. At least now it works. I hate vista.
