This is just the release candidate, addressing mainly some bugs that has plagued the British fighters. The final patch will need to show investors that the game is playable and has a future. I expect there will be some more features, though possibly not as obvious as the Merlin engine trouble and the overweight Hurricane.

Nope, don't expect new features. The idea of a Release Candidate is, as the name implies, that you want to release the patch in this state. Normally only minor things, overlooked before, are (re)fixed...
