I do have the 1C folder in My Documents, but I do not have a Steam folder in Programs or Programs (x86).
This pathway "program files>Steam>Steamapps>common>Il-2 Cliffs Of Dover folder" does not exist in my computer. Any ideas? |

This is very odd. Can you play single player?
The " Program Files>Steam>Steamapps>common>Il-2 Cliffs Of Dover" location must be there ... somewhere on your PC disk. Hmmm ... Do you have more than one HDD perhaps .... I dunno, just firing out ideas here now because, to get to the splash screen with the version etc, you will need to have these files somewhere. |

"Open File Location" worked.
I never gave this a second thought, but I have another game "Sniper" that works through Steam. The Steam folder is located on "E: Drive" inside of the Sniper folder. So when I start CoD, it goes to the Sniper folder where Steam is located to open and play. Both games currently work. I guess the files are combined somehow? Wonder if the Beta updates would wipeout Sniper? |
