how it can be weak if i am lowering the graphics and distance nothing happens

Dont know what to tell you, I have reasonable PC maybe not top end today but above average and I don't have any problems as performance goes, maybe its specific setup or drivers version/gpu that has issue with specific engine such as GEM2 used for mow.

i have found a small thing to get better performance. I have disabled hyperthreading and now i can play 1x1 withuot any lag . But then i get to like 5x5 battle i run the same like before very slow and after some minutes into game i get error.

Depending on system and processor, yes disabling HT can help and not only this game, now u can go step further and try to set process affinity to use only 1 core if u have multi core cpu, in some cases that can help too with this game.
