I had occasion to take one apart when the power supply board failed and they are built like tanks inside. The software is a bit limited compared to logitec as you only get to utilize the native Windows drivers but as has been said by Pudfark you can edit the feedback files with a free utility called Fedit. But they work fine as is.

I take it the msffb2 is hands down better than the g940 stick? Lol. Thanks guys, ill be watching ebay

Thanks for the information guys.
So, I just bought a "new in box" red MSFFB2 from ebay. Am picking it up today! He has two - so now I'm debating whether to get the second one (for modding, spare parts, whatever...). Dunno =-\ I just hope this thing actually works - new in box is nice, but it's still no guarantee. *Edit* Just got home with my new toy -Forged Last edited by Forged; 09-20-2012 at 12:33 AM. |
