With the current 'official' patch there are still serious errors. You're comparing a Beta patch to a game which appears to be a Beta itself. For many the Beta patch is the only chance they may have to get the game to work for whatever reasons.

Yes, the complaining appears too harsh based on the fact it isn't official, but you act as though it's not to be expected.

Indeed, despite the apparent animosity in certain posts, they still serve as being useful because they are highlighting issues which need to be addressed in the next patch.

This is what happens when we do not have our drug...the patch. Addicted get nervous...some even try to play some other games...I shouted at my neighbours....did not sleep since monday....I looked for B6 phone number in moscow yellow pages to give him the fastest medical assistance....Please 1C give us our doses soon!!

And for many the beta patch is NOT the only chance they have to get the game to work..

On that note, the whole purpose of a beta patch is to try and figure out what is causing problems for those few for whatever reasons

Do you really believe that answering someone in this fashion has given them a decent response? What you are doing, in short, is giving people your opinion, but failing to see that people are not interested in what you have to say.
