Interesting. What if it could be effected by another setting? Did you compare the other settings?
I wonder if only certain statics are effected? Wait, isnt the light house a named lighthouse? Beachey head light house or something? Maybe some objects will only support one, ment fro the actuall map and not FMB? Maybe others are more generic and ment for the fmb?  Try it with a different object like english radar 2
