LOL Yep... got rid of the Ubisoft logo (Will they ever fix that one? lol Then again.. who wants their game associated with that bunch so they probably want us to delete the logo. ).

Just did a clean install and popped the patch on top of that and.....

....believe it or not.. it's now even worse.

Looks like my CloD days are well and truly over. Still.. I will say that HSFX 6.0 is the dogs doodahs so my flying days ain't over just yet, at least. lol

Go get yourself a decent video card, GTX 560s are fairly cheap these days and will do the job nicely, we need people to stay with this game, not abandon it!

Stay away from ATI.

You have likely already tried a reboot, but here is an experience I just had:

After installing this newest patch last night, I was getting notably better frame rates. Put my puter to "sleep" for the night...woke it up today and frame rates were lower than they ever had been (6-20). I rebooted and frame rates shot back up to 65-85. Deleting cache and restarting COD did not help...only after reboot did frame rates go back up. In my case, my guess is COD did not like running on a computer that just woke up instead of booting from bios.

I must say though that this patch has brought with it a lot more CTD occurrences for me. CTD's have been very rare for me, until this patch.


******EDIT: Started the pc from sleep mode again today and ran COD. Frame rate was ok this time.*****
