If your selling package contains campaign and other related content, made by only you, or, you own copyrights to this content, you can sell it no problem.
But you may not include any content, which you do not own copyright to.

In your example, you can sell missions, which you made, but the package should not include original game and/or mods, made by other people, for which you don't own copyright, even if they are required for your campaign.

We're talking about an addon with 1010 missions.
I got their modded BoB addon and its much better than what you download for free and it has 800 missions. It takes lot of time to produce that amount, so its ok to get payed for it.

I was asked and gave them full permission regarding my stuff...did the same for Desastersoft.

TBH I've always thought the idea of paying for add-on campaigns to be ridiculous, I have the FMB and I can make my own. If they added something to the game that wasn't already there I might but then there are so many available for free which sometimes include skins. Nothing Personal you understand but unless it's like the most astounding campaign ever with soo much detail and populated airfields and everything.. why would I want to pay ( not trying to hurt feelings just playing the devil's advocate) on a side note my sisters husband copies video clips from You Tube and sets them to music and calls them his and has promoted himself as a video production company, which obviously he is not. Can he legally sell what he makes? There would probably be some legal stuff to worry about, yes?

Ok, lets see how soon you can come up with an addon which has 800 missions.
If you would be a campaign builder like me you would appreciate those addons more. During several years I dont think that I made more than a hundred missions.
