I'm thinking we won't see the final release patch for a good while yet. September perhaps. Although that would make it a full year since they announced their intention to rewrite the graphics engine.

My personal opinion is that patch will be pulled up to the Battle of Moscow. If at all.

Let's see the half-full glass. I am very happy and grateful that the team still exists and works on this simulation despite the economical downturn. I would thank directly the sponsors, since the dreaded "bean-counters" are doing the right thing for once.
