Yea ok so we have identified two things wrong with this market...

1.) Companies do not want to risk designing things wrong so they let the customer design it... Thereby any mistakes are the customers - no refunds! Showing a lack of skill and professionalism in my opinion.

I could take a blue print to an engineering firm and there would be no problem with the drawing.


2.) A customer is expected to own software from anyware between £365 GBP to £1179 GBP and be able to use the software to design his object.

So its 400 quid before you even start!

3.) if I had one to laserscan I would not need one to be 3D printed....

This is case specific but Im adding it anyway.
