Thats interesting, I live pretty close to RAF Kinloss (The current government have closed the base down now actually, we flew Nimrods) linked to paint from WWII according to that news report, slow news day I guess?

If deactivating aircraft with that type of paint happened at Kinloss, in the 40's it happened all over the UK and world wide too.

Kinloss is very near a hippy commune called the Findhorn Foundation, don't know if they had anything to do with this spark of news though? But I know they were glad to see the back of the base that was there long before their commune was.
