About 2...
However I only acquired it a few weeks ago, spent a lot of time mapping my controls, and have only done so far some of the quick mission dogfighting. Have been kind of in a holding pattern for the patch to become final and pushed out.

Very, very few. I bought the game when it came out, built a brand new computer to run it (took three years to save up for) and have been pretty much unmoved by the sim. This is after flying IL2 heavily since the day it came out. I was so impressed with IL2 that I made a point of meeting Oleg when he was in the UK. I've flown many combat flight sims before IL2 - BoB WoV, EAW, Mig Alley, Flying Corps Gold anyone? I play more ROF than Clod and am looking forward to OFF phase 4 when it comes out. Sad really.

212 hours. But that was before february 2012.
I have given up an waiting for the release of the next real patch. IL-2 1946 will have to hold the fort for now. Hope they get the GUI, connection issues and performace problems sorted. Would also be nice if they would release a dedictad server and documentation released so that modders (3rd party stuff) could get started *sigh*

About 15 minutes for me. I found the CD in my mail box when I came home from work yesterday. I had never heard of steam, it took a while to get all that stuff loaded up. The only thing that looks familiar is the FMB, and I have a lot of work to do to get the game running right; ran out of time last night.
I will be on it tontight for sure. It looks cool! |

I have played 212 hours upto now......but I have been working away for over 8 months with only a low spec laptop (which I can play original IL-2 on but not COD ).....Had I been at home in that time I would easily have clocked over 500 hours
99% on ATAGS full real server...
