There also seems to be an abundance of people being labelled as trolls when they have perfectly legitimate complaints.

I actually think it's much easier to identify and label the blatant Fanbois than it is the so called trolls. As for me...well, I'm neither .

I've had plenty of giggles reading the posts from both camps over the last couple of weeks though.

Agreed. Trolls should not be fed. Bad trolls. But they don't seem to be playing the game much, so we should grant them some leeway in exercising their right to worship at the shrine of Clod, and turn the other cheek when they go out on nightly 'attack the critics' forays. They have rights, you know, like normal people.

Glad I could clear that up. One must contribute where one can.

When you get fans selected to do modding then you get this biased and over the top ban hammer actions. People are not trolling , they are just frustrated about a product that is going backwards since the day it was released. They complain , they get banned and post deleted, all looks normal in the forums. The graphics look better in the development shots that Oleg released in 2008.

The people that go into forums are a very small reflection of the bigger community.

Its not hard to tell the difference ...

TROLL ... This game sux and should never have been released etc

If everyone was the same, looked the same, acted the same and stuff. Then i dont think we'd have reason to hate anyone, else you'd be hating everyone, including yourself, but then everyone else would be hatin everyone else at some point too cuz were all the same and predictable.

But that'll never happen. lol I like being different.
