Yeah, I think that the rule about the "Hakenkreuz" (on a historical aircraft combat simulator) not being able to be downloaded by someone from Germany is like a form of denial, and "over the top".

I imagine that's the same reason why they don't want you to display it in your sig pic thing, here.
