After installing 4.11 I tried running it and it reached the point where it switches from the loading screen to the menu screen and then CTD. I installed the 4.11 Hotfix and it gets to the menus screen before CTD after about 6-seconds of the Menu screen displaying
 Seriously, I don't get it HSFX 5.01 rock solid stable, 4.11 with hotfix, CTD after 6-seconds ....... I want to see the new beauty of 4.11
