nvidia driver 295.73 and graphics problems

I recently updated to the latest nvidia drivers and all of a sudden artifacts begun to appear - black boxes over planes and black spots over the sea (those are the ones I encountered so far).
Also I experienced a CTD in single player, which is new to me (all of my other CTDs were during MP).
I had no graphics problems up until now - maybe the issue is SLI related?

core I7 2600K
P67A-GD53
8GB DDR 3 ram
Geforce GTX 560 Ti X 2 - SLI mode

Humm! it seems the same case as mine...
For some time I've been experiencing black screens esporadically (black screen freezes, sound continues but always same, and Ctrl-alt-del to end launcher) , but since I updated to new drivers artefacts appear on the screen as black squares in certain zones and areas of rare texture.

Gigabyte 560Ti here, no SLI.
