Not the Bullet, it was not produced during the war years, instead you got the various RE WD models including the flying flea.

What I'm missing the most are British machine guns and light AA guns.
- Bren (tripod) - Vickers machine gun - Vickers K (field modded for AA and ground use ... not that important) - 20mm Hispano LAA (http://forum.1cpublishing.eu/showthread.php?t=28091) - Oerlikon 20mm Of course at least some kind of British field artillery would be nice too. |

Actually two static objects named "MG Team" would be useful to make a position more "lively". What I mean is a light Bren (for the Brits) and a light MG 34 (for the Germans) and a crew for that MG (three for the MG 34, don't know how many for the Brits). I know it won't make much of an impact but at least it would add some infantry fire to a static position.
And while we're at it ... how about a mortar for each army (i.e. 81mm Granatwerfer 34 for the Wehrmacht)? |

People
You see the splash screens that appear when you're loading up. They've got a guy helping a pilot out of his plane. In another, you see dudes standing around an airfield and an officer and his dog. They all help the pictures' airfields look like they're alive... Unlike what my airfields look like when i'm done populating them. We need some static people. Hell, they've already got them standing around field kitchens and stuff, now if only we could get them to appear by themselves.

Dodge VK62B
http://www.oldclassiccar.co.uk/dodgehistory.htm This is the "coached" version for airfield personnel transport (there was another version whose coach was not blended into the cab roof). I believe French used the standard Truck version a bunch before the fall of France. Then, Germans took over and continued to use them. I've seen British lash-ups for the desert war as well (extra fuel and water drums, cut down grills to improve cooling). Last edited by Buster_Dee; 06-20-2012 at 10:28 AM. |
