"Shade? Sun? Unfortunately you will need solar cells or any other external power source. Big deal.
Try you get you infos from somewhere else than Wiki."

you dont understand the sterling engine, the best, needs like 20º gradient

this work with 2º which makes it the best thermic engine ever

this is supresed in colleges, its not taught in thermodinamics

with energy you can desalinize water what could solve water problems and hunger

and from your link:

Wally Minto's eyes twinkled. "Now that you've got your pictures of the serious stuff, I want to show you our latest engine. It's at least 85% effecient, never wears out, requires no fuel or maintenance, costs very little, and should have been invented 100 years ago."

karnot, the most effective till now has 40%

take this motivotional video:

its profesional theres a lot of money behind

a revolution is cooking

edit:

well that seems a guy trying to sell a book, maybe even a rip off

but it shows the imho revolutionary current trned in the world

edit:

hell im the 1st for revolution i have two univesristied degrees yet if i live the live that i wont i earn ten euro perhour

Just like the engine that runs on pure water I guess.

No crap? Thanks for letting me know.
You dont think it may be more efficient to use solar electricity directly?
But: You still need a super expensive plant for the process and the produced water will be too expensive for the people.
On this planet your vision of hunger free world will never come true, that is, unless there were less people...

Btt:
It's a free patent, if it did work they would be all over the planet - it produces a something you can sell.

"Just like the engine that runs on pure water I guess."

no this is thermodinamically sound, it has high eficiency but underunity

in fact i trust my techers ill ask some about this i bet they didnt know about it either

"You dont think it may be more efficient to use solar electricity directly? "

the inventor of it called it solar wheel

"You still need a super expensive plant for the process and the produced water will be too expensive for the people"

thats true hope supresed designs into desalinization come to light

"It's a free patent, if it did work they would be all over the planet - it produces a something you can sell. "

you dont understand yet this is not overunity but an odd thermodinamic engine

if you want its its eficiency what could be discussed

althought its neither the eficiency what makes it great

its the simiplicity to build it in natuaral cooperatives and the extreamly low temp gradient it needs

man it works so undiscusibly even mythbusters admitted it work

but they work for them comapre it with this:

or this
