Colors are a subjective perseption. Personaly I prefered the original colors but I would never roll back because of this. Maybe the hint that CTDs were less frequent before a certain patch helps the team in their struggle to make the best WW2 Flightsim.

One more word about the colors: Looking into the config files there are some tweaks like gamma-GT. Maybe when the new graphic update is here there is a possibility to implement ways/possibilitys to customize at least gamma-GT. I realy dont wanna change the settings of my screen all the time to adjust the appearance of the game.

The one thing I don't like is the extreme bright tone of the landscape at around 12 o' clock. In the morning/evening the landscape looks just incredible though.
But around midday it looks not very realistic... more like a dusty mediterranean scenery. Maybe this changes after having heavy cloud formations which darkens the landscape below...

And this is why it is subjective, and must be a nightmare for the devs, because other people will tell you they think midday is fine, but morning/evening is wrong!

Not to mention that it looks different on each and every monitor.
