There is the German Soldiers 5 mod, GSM is a pretty awesome mod set. Search German Soldiers 5 mod, im unsure if they have updated it but its pretty cool. THey have even jerry rigged in the French, Italians and Romanians in that mod as well as TONS of more vehicle models and stuff in Multiplay.
Welcome to the awesomeness that is Men of War, this is by far my fav RTS game now. Direct Control is my single most favorite feature in this game. Once you get past the clunky interface the interface actually turns out to be quite informative and awesome, i like it. THe fuel and ammo limits are awesome as well. Have fun, this game is AWESOME aside form a few clueless AI instances and stuff otherwise, its the best RTS ive played yet...
