I had black ground with ati 1950pro( with catalyst 8.1, 8.2 and 7.11).

Somebody at spitvs109 told that turning off Catalyst AI would help and it did(atleast with these cat 7.11 i'm using now).

That would of been me, this game engine can not handle the latest Catalyst AI improvements.
AI was improved for fast Video driver optimization. Thats why us ATI users get those video glitches in the ground. So turn it off you will See a big difference.
