I think La-5 is not for BoM but for BoS as they first appeared in Stalingrad. However it might be also a joint 1941-1942 project from Moscow till Stalingrad. |

Hmmm, i think people are getting ahead of themselves, no Fw's or La's involved in the battle of Moscow.............

Pretty sure the models were not finished or just not up to scratch

But still ... Given the insane amount of detail these models have to have spending development effort, as in manpower and therefor money, on a type that came a good six months after the final act in "The Battle of Moscow" had been sung (if we were to follow the international historians and consider the timeframe of "Typhoon" and the soviet counter offensive as the background for BoM) it puzzles me a bit. I mean we do have so many types that need to be modeled for the setting I described (Bf 109 E-7, F-2, F-4, Ju 88 A-4, He 111 H-3, H-4 and H-6, Hs 123, Ju 87 B-2, I-16 Type 18 and Type 24, I-153 M62, Il-2 Model 1940, Yak-1 Model 1941, MiG-3ud, LaGG-3 ...) I don't really see the resources for that ... Unless, of course, MG has pulled our leg with the title and it does stretch 1941 and 1942 (although I really doubt that).
