Server settings are:

checkruntime enabled
All full difficulty settings enabled except speedbar.
New settings, Bomb fuses, Fragile Torps and realistic rocket spread are also enabled.

I hopped on it the other day, and although I was there alone, I still had a lot of fun trying out 4.11 online and doing some ground attack vs. the AAA....
