I purchased a D-box and so far I love it! It works great for Driving and flying games. But there is no support for Wings of Prey or CoD which I desperately want. I asked D-box and they said that this has to come from the developer.

Is there any chance of 1C adding D-box code? Who should we petition?

What the hell is a d-box???

In germany a d-box is a sat-receiver, not really usable for games.

Be it as it may, NO sim should be dumbed down to be console playable, imo!

I assume this is what he wants to be compatable with CloD, I imagine the motion actuators need some custom in-game support.

I don't have that particular D-box seat but I do have a D-box motion platform. I can't tell you how awesome it is and how it adds to the racing games like rFactor and iRacing. It also works with flight games. No console dumbing down, just pure awesomeness.

Can we petition 1C to add support for D-box to these titles? Do 1C admins visit these forums?

I got mine used for $1500. I know sounds like a lot but I can't really explain what this adds to a game. You have to feel it. It puts you in the game more than ever. Its wonderful.

In europe this:

http://www.motion-sim.cz/

could be interesting also then. As i asked them they said if there is a order they would work it out to work with IL2-Cliffs of Dover.

They also said a family father with normal income could afford it, whatever that means.
