The colours in the cockpit can be fixed by disabling the Anti epilepsy filter.

Heart breaker - the plane with the girl on your lap - is used in one of the campaign missons.

What are your machine specs? what settings are you using?

You should find a lot of tips on improving your performance by searching this forum.
