Hello
There was a similar problem on Steam forums several days ago. In short, your GeForce video card doesn't start properly because of integrated video chip on your CPU (for some reason it tries to run the game using CPU on-chip video and fails because it's not powerful enough). You can 'fix' this by running an another 3D game first. Run a 3D game, Alt-Tab back to desktop and run ToW 2 (don't close the other game, let it run in the background).
