Same problem here. I installed a new graphics card today and I launched a couple of missions without a problem.

Now, I get to the yellow cross-hairs point and nothing happens. I have to exit with Task Manager.

System:

Windows 7 64
Asus GeForce GTX57O
AMD Phenom 9500 Quad Core
8 GB RAM

This now happens also with Rise of Flight.
