S!
Tanker, make sure to give the 12.1 preview drivers a run, they work for me very nicely. |

Sounds good, tanker. I'd love to upgrade (and install Windows 7) but it's simply not an option for me now (or in the foreseeable future). Hope the upgrade goes well.

Still getting what appear to be tile borderlines on the ground or water (see screenshots below). I've tried all performance settings (High quality down to high performance) and the lines remain no matter what. Anyone got any ideas about what may be causing them and (if possible) how to get rid of them? ![]()

Thanks for the reply. I'll give that a try and see what happens.
If that is the cause, I'll just have to live with them.... Land detail on high nearly kills my poor old PC!! EDIT: Just tried setting land detail to high and the lines remain, I'm afraid. Can anyone suggest any other potential causes? Last edited by 159th_Jester; 12-17-2011 at 03:21 PM. |

Try reading the whole post (or....*GASP*..... the entire thread) before making silly comments.

Upgrading is not an option I have now (or for the foreseeable future). Not everyone has spare money you know.
As it is this "word processor" graphics dard runs medium high settings in every other game and sim I own and so it's not a major worry for me. If that's the cause of the lines, then I'll just have to learn to live with them. Apart from those, CoD looks fine and runs fine on medium settings. |
