There is file "mission" in directory *\Documents\My Games\men of war - assault squad\profiles\player\save\bulge\mission.scn*
You can edit this file with notepad and edit whatever you want. I just know how to change your "money" in the mission. (Search for "reinforcements" and there are 2 numbers, just change them to 99999 or whatever you want)
I was just looking through the file and found lines for units you can buy. Maybe you could change their values and add your own or edit already existing.
