Very infrequently. I don't dispute the fact that it can happen randomly as well. That's why this is such a hard one to deal with. It just seems odd that they never seem to warp around except when they're in your crosshairs
Anyway, it's the exception to the rule. 99% of my combat encounters are great (though not necessarily in my favour
)
