You turn your monitor on the side.

You can change your desktop accordingly from the driver settings. Just check out the nView-Options for nVidia or the rotating desktop-Options for ATI/AMD and there you go. You have the full size of your monitor, but standing on its side.
Now change the settings in your Ini from

width=1280
height=1024

to

width=1024
height=1280

and see what happens when you start the game. I had the feeling that especially in the 109 or other cockpits with limited view, this gives you a whole new perspective. It's also very immersive on the He111.

PS: Be sure to have SaveAspect set to "0"!
