You are correct. There is a workaround for this issue if one has freetrack/trackir. But not all pilots (like Mr. X) have those or maybe they don't want to use them for whatever reason. They instead prefer the hat switch, keyboard or whatever.

So why not put everyone on equal footing in the game? The old IL-2 way worked fine, no matter if you have head tracking or not. You could have a gun sight cross hair and wide view and use a hat switch for views. But not in CLoD because of "realism". I really have to wonder how real it is. It is not good for game play where some will have the advantage from a head tracking work around and others don't imo. Zoom in, zoom out, zoom in, zoom out, maybe you get a headache after a while of doing that.

I don't share your view regarding the zoom but perso I don't hve the same gun à la IL2

I scarcely rip of a tail or a wing in fight and certainly hve not blew up a plane in fast firing pass.

No matter what hypnotic music you put in MrX I am still not convinced by your video !

S!

He has a very good SA in the fight. And most importantly hits the target thus making it less good fighting. There were more videos at ATAG forum by him..and TomcatVIP, you were quite a lot whining at him in one of them so I think his flying and shooting is spot on No offense!

Well if you think that shooting at a plane that hve just lift off and is still with his wing level is a proof of sup flying, well that's a point of view that I don't share

The short burst "and then you die" or the evil camo that "you can't see me"* is other things that I won't comment again here.

*that ease SA heh ?
