Same here, same here!

BUT, although I know this is not suitable if you are on someones 'six', try getting out of the sim using Win Key (Try to get the plane to straight and level flight before). If pressed, you get back to the desktop and then change back in the sim by taskmanager.

This has definitly ended my yesterday stutter session on a server using the "fantasy island map...".

Greetings!

when you go to desktop you free up some ram i think , i think memory usage is the key to the rally bad stutters and lockups .

i get 100 fps in cockpit on the ground engine off yet sometimes i can see 2 fps in combat then shortly after it will lockup

I don't think I free up some ram when switching to desktop and then back to the sim. The sim resists in the memory, because I am NOT quitting the sim. I only change the "Task" to Desktop and then back to the sim.

Greetings!

i've noticed that i get stutter (pretty heavy stutter) when bombers formations spawn (AI).. too much workload i guess :-\
This on both Repka#1 and ATAG servers..
When there are no "bombers spawn-in-progress" i get just few almoust unnoticeble stutters online, and nothing offline.

S!

I have seen the same thing. I have the FPS display running all the time. When the shutters occur, FPS seems to stay steady in the 40-50 range which is pretty much what I see normally on-line. It appears to have something to do with communicating with the server and updating the display--not a graphics issue.

Hi,
it would be interesting for me if someone of you can try the CloD -> Desktop -> CloD taskswitching, when stuttering happens.

Would be nice if someone can report back if the stutters are gone after you switch back to CloD.

Greetings!

hi again!

got verified that if you got stuttering during online gaming, use Win key to get on desktop (Clod runs during that in the background) and directly change back in CloD by using Taskmanager or Alt + Tab!.

Stutters are gone if you do that! Have verified this now 3 Times!
