Well I've only been playing it a week but if it's anything as addictive as ROF I'll fly every single plane both sides.
ROF had a thing where you could move your center viewpoint, lots of planes had off-center sights and we just adjust our seat position and it stays even with Trackir. In CloD though I turn off trackir, hit F10, use the mouse with the right button held down and move my seat position to behind the gunsight just fine. BUT, (difference between ROF and CloD), when I turn trackir back on it just overrides that center position I setup. It's like you can only move your seat position if you do not have trackir.. |

This was done specifically with the 109 in mind, and works on the Spit and Hurri too (although not necessary). What i does is the following: In "normal" flying mode, i use trackIR and when it comes to firing/attacking, i hit the assigned button, which zooms in and pauses the TrackIR. After firing, i hit the button again and go back to "NORMAL" tracking. I also use the POV hats to change the FOV, helps in both modes.. Hope i was clear enough, otherwise tell me. |
