I do not play in the high settings with full buildings but i have my aircraft set to high and i love it even though my landscape is set low.
Until i get a new rig this is what i play on and with no lag either .

Dell 560mt

Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5500 @ 2.80GHz

Total Physical Memory: 6.00 GB

Video Card - ATI Radeon HD 5770

and a 700 watt psu
