Community Issue Tracker for ARMA 2 seems to work pretty well. Site is run by volunteer community members and developers seem to prefer it over BI forums. Issues with lots of votes and/or good repro steps are often checked by devs.

Would be nice to have something similar for CloD too. Just a thought of devs having to waste their time browsing through the mess of beta patch threads gives me headache.

Yes, good point OP.

I was just about to post this in regards to the Arma2 Ace mod tracking system . This is the way the pros handle it. Much easier to manage and update resolved issues.
