Download Nvidia Inspector and enable v sync and tribble buffering as shown on pic 4, remember to select the right profile and add the the game exe file as shown.

Hmm weird... I DID reply earlier this day but it never posted I see...
As always I forgot that you can do that in Inspector lol... I use it for overclocking hehe... Anyway, when I tried your Inspector stuff it was way better! The tearing itself was gone, but then I had microstutter after every 10 seconds playing... But then I changed some options of the SLi as well and now it runs flawlessly!!! (Sometimes, like 5% per race, the fps drops to 45fps for a second or 2, but I can live with that Thank you soooo much dude!
