Well, I am impressed.

Don't know if it was putting the patch over a fresh install or checking the config files as Luthier put on with the added info and the hotfix (although the entries were all as should be).

Now the game is back to being very playable. Maybe a very slight drop in FPS but certainly nothing like the disaster I had last night!!

SOunds are excellent, new colours are a matter of taste but I like them so far (only been flying Spits and Hurris).

Did notine that the props no loger disappear when viewed in front of clouds now too

Heading in the right direction, now if we could only communicate with out wingmen/flight/ground control/section control.......

Cheers

I think I have to agree too that landscape colors from 1.03.15527 were better than the ones from 1.04.5866, excepting the haze, which seems to be better in the new one (ie lighter applied on close terrain, and heavier applied on the distant one).

Also, from my obeservations, the FPS seems to be better on both my laptop with an ATI card, and desktop with an Nvidia one.

Could'nt agree more, the last Beta had the landscape nailed IMO,please resort back to the last landscape textures/colouring.

Thanks for patch + hotfix Luthier and team.

Everything running great, never had too many probs anyway. Sounds and colours great imo. All good..... except of course AI commands .... looking forward to that fix whenever but appreciate you must fix everyone else's performance probs first.

Keep up great work.
