Hi Paul. I just purchased the PDF version of your book, but I haven't figured out how to actually download it Paypal has given me a transaction ID, but I don't see any link to a download location either thru Paypal or on your site... I tried registering on your forums to ask but it says my e-mail account is not allowed to register (I'm assuming because it is Gmail; I've had trouble with this before).

Pretty eager to read this, so any guidance as to what I need to do?
