First, if you don't mind....a little advice. Always look at the readme file for any patch. It will only benefit you...

Now, to answer your question. From the Slovakia readme:

Emergency airbases without coded AI landing and spawn points: Drazkovce, Rohozna, Velka Luka.

Locations:

Drazkovce: J-11
Rohozna: P-8
Velka Luka: R-7

EDIT-I found several flat spots in just 5 minutes, so you should be able to also. They were on 'farmland', but large enough for a TEST Airstrip.

Did you try G-12? There is an island surrounded by a river that can hold a TEST Airstrip.

I'm sure you can find more spots if you really try...
