Don't think I can help you with this. Have you tried the original picture, does that still work?

Do you know there is a log file?, in the Star Wolves 3 - Civil War directory there is a file LOGfile.txt, perhaps there is an error message related to your problem.

Now there isn't any message but i replace the photos every time i start the game.....

No message, hmmm. Replacing the photo's shouldn't matter, the LOGfile is regenerated every time you launch SW.
I'm running out of ideas, sorry.
