He is exactly correct, there are only those 3 files to edit.
Another tip, if you go into \Data\LocData\English\Voice\Hero\, there are 16 .wav files which the hero will use as his voice.

You can rename them and put them in the hero's folder if you like. This means if you use a girl picture for the hero you can give the hero a girl voice too
