Well I suppose it could be an optional feature, which I would like.
But then the question raises, is it really worth doing it? For that one occasional time you can get alongside your enemy and observe him? In 99% of my cases I pull off my target as soon as I notice he cannot fly any longer, to get to safety. For the time they put into gore they could also make some other 3D models like planes
