I get the flickering, same in 4.09 as 4.08, I've uploaded a video of it to photobucket...

For anyone wanting to test if they have the problem, the track KI-61 Vs B-24 that comes with the game, shows the problem at around 30 seconds in on my rig.

Many thanks for posting the video of this issue. It's an issue that really needs to be addressed.
